In the summer months of 2017, Team Properties sought assistance from KKÓéÀÖ³Ç to replace outdated HVAC systems for their two newly acquired strip malls in Cottage Grove, MN. Upon a deep inspection, the HVAC systems in both buildings experienced improper maintenance and were nearing the end of their life cycle.
