Market House, a historic building in downtown St. Paul, standing tall for over 100 years, required numerous HVAC upgrades to ensure occupant health and building efficiency. KKÓéÀÖ³Ç replaced the 64-unit condominium’s outdated HVAC system with a more efficient 4-pipe system, including new fan coils, piping, pumps, and District Energy heat exchangers to enhance climate control and energy efficiency.

Lakeville Health sought out KKÓéÀÖ³Ç for a complete MEP design-build of a four-story, 160,000 square foot medical facility featuring two ambulatory surgery centers and clinical spaces. The project included advanced HVAC systems with a variety of operational upgrades and innovative technology solutions such as remote monitoring and data tracking capabilities.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç provided HVAC and plumbing services for the renovation of the public spaces at Hotel Indigo, including the restaurant, bars, and lobby areas. The HVAC work included installation of air handling units, kitchen hoods, and utility separation, while the plumbing scope covered connections for kitchen and bar equipment, new water heaters, and submeters. KKÓéÀÖ³Ç worked with the design team to identify cost-saving solutions, ensuring the project was completed within budget.

Hope Academy partnered with KKÓéÀÖ³Ç on a multi-phased design-build project to transform its campus with significant enhancements to support modern educational needs. By carefully coordinating construction around school operations, the KKÓéÀÖ³Ç team was able to minimize disruptions while prioritizing safety. The latest phase repurposed 105,000 square feet of a former medical facility into state-of-the-art high school classrooms, showcasing innovation and adaptability in educational design.

In the summer months of 2017, Team Properties sought assistance from KKÓéÀÖ³Ç to replace outdated HVAC systems for their two newly acquired strip malls in Cottage Grove, MN. Upon a deep inspection, the HVAC systems in both buildings experienced improper maintenance and were nearing the end of their life cycle. With the Minnesota winter looming, KKÓéÀÖ³Ç was contracted to provide quarterly preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems to maintain consistent operations. Through KKÓéÀֳǒs quick and professional service, Team Properties continues to fulfill its mission of providing tenants and customers with a positive experience while avoiding costly emergency repairs.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç partnered with Conagra Brands on this heavy industrial design-assist project, which involved overhauling an adhesive application process for four large food packaging presses at their Maple Grove, MN, facility. KKÓéÀÖ³Ç upgraded the facility with state-of-the-art ductwork, piping, ventilation, boilers, and custom rooftop heating and cooling units, totaling 350-ton capacity, with heat recovery wheels for energy conservation.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç designed and built mechanical systems for an 8-story, 303-room Hyatt Regency hotel in Bloomington, MN, using Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble Total Work Stations.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç designed and built mechanical and electrical systems for a 3-building medical office campus in Woodbury, fast-tracking construction to accommodate tenant build-outs.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç completed a 33,000 sq ft addition and 40,000 sq ft remodel for River’s Edge Hospital, upgrading mechanical systems while maintaining hospital operations over 25 phases.

KKÓéÀÖ³Ç completed a Design/Assist project for Westminster Church in Minneapolis, adding performance and meeting spaces, and upgrading mechanical systems, including a rainwater collection system and rooftop garden.
